Gonna chronicle everything here for those who want to follow.
Got a 2008 Yukon XL SLT from auction for right around $3200. 230k on the clock, when I got it had oil pressure issues and a few other miscellaneous things. Oil pressure was a PITA, changed sensors a few times didn't fix issue but had no ticks no knocks which was weird. Ended up being the oil pump was coming apart internally. Also got a.new fuel pump and a reman rear end.

Here she is in all her Glory when I first picked her up.

Nice find...what a steal at that price!

Wheels turned out good, what are the future plans?

How's the interior and undercarriage? 2nd row bench or buckets?
interior is clean, much better than I would have expected from an auction car with this kinda mileage. No rips in seats, one slight tear in arm rest, had nav, sunroof, and rear entertainment, I haven't detailed it since I've had it yet.
undercarriage is surprisingly clean for a Michigan truck
