He hasn't posted since February of last year...

That said, maybe you could try shims and/or replacing the door seals?

yeah I knew it was a long shot - but ….
not sure what the door shims even look like
are the door seals the same as weatherstripping? Those are new

first is a partial pic of what was returned to me. Second shows better but still off and not centered

My 2001 yukon xl is having the same problem looks identical problems what did you do to fix this.

I took it too 2 different body shops. The first made progress - the second got the doors about as good as I think they are going get. Still not perfect but not 'airy' or leaking. Sorry I don't have a magic fix. Do think it takes 2 people to work on it.
