I just finished replacing the belt inside the power steering rack. When repairing the rack I did not disconnect the battery cables ans I didn’t realize it was necessary. After everything was put back together I’m having no crank issues. Everything seems to power up properly (dash lights, gauges, radio etc). No solenoid clicking when the key is turned. Starter tested good. When I turn the ignition on and I jump the starter relay the engine cranks but it wont start. The relay tested ok with an ohm meter but i suppose it could be bad. Battery is fully charged. I’ve checked fuses and no issues. I’m stumped.
