B pillar trim

Hi guys. Having an odd issue of the clear marbling and flaking off on the B pillars. Any idea where I can find removal instructions? Any advice on replacements? 54k miles. If I buy factory pieces, I’m afraid this will happen again.

i just added 2 layers of double face tape to mine
& i just call the cracking custom damascus trim HAHAHA

+1 on the double sided tape. I use one layer, but two long strips. Have done two or three pieces now. Just make sure you clean both surfaces with alcohol, remove the clips, and goo-gone the foamy crap off the backside. I only use Extreme double sided tape since it has to stand up to high speeds and weather changes.... just make sure it's well in position before that tape touches because that's where it's gonna stay lol

As it happens, I washed my truck this afternoon and discovered that my 3rd (or 4th now?) trim piece was separated from the door so here are a couple pics of replacing it. Carefully pop it away from the truck without torquing it too much so you don’t crack it. Snap all the little clips off. Get the crap strips off the back of the trim piece, replace with extreme tape after cleaning both surfaces with alcohol. Work it into place carefully. Done.

This was on my previous silver Tahoe. I traded it in about a month later for my current Tahoe. It became Vroom’s problem
