Anyone ever put in a hybrid engine in an 00 to 06 car?

There are several factors at play but assuming you have maintained the factory wheel/tire circumference and haven’t altered the speedo then yes....it’s still accurate.

Older thread but interesting. There are several things that can be done to easily improve gas mileage. Basically you have to examine the habits that "you" as the driver have. People will remote start their cars x2 ever morning and every afternoon which adds up to probably a 1/2 hour of idling time per day so 3.5 hrs per week x 52 weeks a year = 182 idle run time hours = 7.5 days of solid idle run time. That is ZERO mpg. Just one of the little things that you have to think about. Another big factor is the jack rabbit starts and hard braking maneuvers that can easily be avoided, you got to be "easy like sunday morning".
So what if the ******** behind you gets upset/blows the horn and flips you off because he thinks you are moving too slowly, You are on a mission here man, TRYING TO SAVE THE FRIGGIN PLANET he just don't know LMFAO
