Here is the reply to the last questioned i asked.
Thank you for reaching out with your detailed questions. I’m here to assist and clarify your concerns regarding the TRI-AMP feature and its setup.I apologize for the inconvenience and for my late response due to the weekend.

To address your inquiries, the system you are using does support a three-way crossover setup. Here is a simple guide to help you configure the connections:

Subwoofer (Bass): Connect to SUBL & SUBR.

Midrange: Connect to the three-way FR-M & FL-M channels.

Treble (High Frequency): Connect to the three-way FR-T & FL-T channels.

Once the connections are made, you can adjust the settings on the system by using the built-in EQ and selecting the "Master Sound Effect" option (sometimes referred to as "Master Audio" mode). This will allow you to fine-tune the treble, midrange, and bass levels for optimal performance.

The ideal approach is: use an external amplifier to connect to a three-way speaker (high, mid, and low frequencies connected to their corresponding interfaces), and do not connect the built-in amplifier to any speakers. This not only allows for precise control of the three-way setup, but also prevents the car system from overheating.

I hope this explanation provides clarity and answers your questions. If there is anything else you need assistance with or if you encounter any issues during the setup, please do not hesitate to contact us.

So i asked this question.
What happens if i hook the FR-M and FL-M to the 3 way and i hook my back door speakers RR-RL to the stereo RCA outputs. what happens?

Well i guess the only thing to do is hook it up and see how it sounds.

Here is the reply.

Thank you for your question and for providing additional details about your setup. I appreciate your patience as we work together to ensure you achieve the best sound performance possible.

According to the engineer's response: If FR-M and FL-M are connected to the amplifier for three-way use, and the rear door speakers RR-RL are connected to the stereo, the master settings need to correspond to the effects; otherwise, the sound quality will be poor.

If you have any further questions or encounter any issues during your setup, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to assist you.

Ending up not doing the tri-amp setup.
Took a while today but i swapped the new front door speakers to the rear replacing the stock rear speakers.
Installed the new front door speakers. Took about 2 1/2 hour to get the driver door done. Had to figure out where to mount the crossover and tweeter.
Passenger door took about 46 1/2 minutes as i now knew where to mount stuff.
I also put some sound deadening foam behind the speakers.

Yesterday, my subwoofer amp went into protection mode. No idea why. It was all hooked up right, so i removed it. After a couple of hours, i hooked up just power and nothing else. After about 2 seconds it went into protection mode (fuse good). Seems to me a warranty repair or maybe ill just get a different brand sub amp.

With just the door speakers it actually sounds pretty good but missing the low subwoofer thump and still needs some fine tuning for sure. The tweeters are no longer in my face either.
With the volume set to 0 i can hear a very low hiss noise. Don't know what that might be i'll need to do some reading.
Ordering some sound deadening mat Friday so ill need to get back into the doors a 3rd or 8th time, i have lost count.
