Great find! I just purchased for $47.79 plus $32.88 shipping. The shipping included 4 oil filters and they shipped separately both by FedEx Ground. Now my Black Box Merlot will have company.

$52 plus shipping ($15) from Rock Auto. Throw in some filters and it’s a crazy deal! Keep in mind their ACDelco UltraGuard filters are like 50%+ cheaper than the big box stores and Amazon.

I got this and two UltraGuard filters for the C7 Vette for like $80 delivered with tax. I drive about 33,000 miles a year so this will will get me about four oil changes and two in the wife’s truck.

Question about prepping this box for use. I opened and pulled the valve out like it shows on the box and in your pic above, then set it on a shelf in my garage. Is there a plug that needs to be removed from the valve before use, or just turn the valve handle?

I am 2 damn old to do my own oil changes....

I just turned the handle and it comes out quick. It doesn’t drip either. I refilled two Amsoil jugs with exactly 4 and 2 quarts so it’ll be ready for the next oil change.
