2012 Yukon Bose CD player accespts discs but can not read them

Hello,

All of a sudden the Bose factory system CD player is not working. I tried 4 discs, and all the same. Accepts them, says it is "reading disc" but nothing then happens. Ejects OK. Everything else seems to work on the system, but I have never done a video for the back seat. Is there anyt settings in that back seat console that night be causing this? No one uses it. Maybe a fuse or some kind of reset code is possible to try
