2010 Galaxy/Black Escalade Build Thread

Well I figured I would start a build thread of the new whip. Start with pics when I just picked it up at the dealer then putting tinted tails and third and rims on the next day.

Next day mods

I have the 2/3-4 kit sitting in the garage so that will be next to be put on.

Also what tires did you end up with after your experience with the nittos and how do you like them?

Well. Lowering kit next. Then I have still the all black esky roof rack. So I will do the color match ends and black center for the roof rack. Then tint the windows more and side markers on headlights and turn signals. Add some LED lights on the front and HID fogs, Then not a whole lot. Wife wants to keep the chrome for a little bit. So I will do that probably keep that until next summer then black all the chrome out. Then it is 16" Wilwood brake kit and will paint them Yellow then down the road it is going to be Platinum front end.

Sounds sick might I recommend premium color matched front end? Instead of all black.

Oh sorry for Tires I got a brand called Carbon Series. They are ok but guys at my rim shop said they are good for our cars. It is a XL series so it holds the weight better then 420's. Still a grand for all 4. Just better then paying 3grand for a set.

Haven't decided yet. Might black them and color batch door molding and black the grill and side vents and rear. But I won't be doing that for a while.
