I would only use those for wheels, wheel wells and running boards they're good towels but the chance of harming the paint jumps compared to using towels from griots, CG etc.

I wonder how much putting a surface in the truck would be to get the surface mounted here.

Yeah that's what I have my nice MF For. Although the premium MF Costco ones seem pretty good. I used to know the technical jargon for good MF with deniers and split thread etc, but have forgotten it all. Obviously the Costco towel is not a "plush" style MF, but do you have any sources/links on the Costco stuff being inferior to others?

Thanks. I was planning on using mine as an all purpose towel. However the batch I got seem really good quality and although I don't plan on using them on the paint I actually wouldn't be worried if I needed to.
