Toyo all-terrain best tires in my opinion have them on both rigs

I think you mean TOYO Proxes STII's. the A/T's are still great tires but they are pretty aggressive.

Does going from 20's to 22's really make that much of a MPG difference?

I went from 17's though.

Don't know yet don't really care about every component just want a nice drop already dropping $600 on QA1 rear shocks pretty sick I can adjust the stiffness and comfort by 0-18
