Don't you pout, boy!

It was meant to be funny. I have a $5.xx/gallon-eating land yacht, too.
"They" are pushing for EV so they raise the cost of gas. Majority can't afford an EV because they spend so much on gas. I don't want to have to spend $100k plus for a Tesla to save the cost of fuel. That's the sad face

This was my point. I thought my comment tugged your tamþon string the wrong way.

Change of subject fellas, who knows how I should polish these caps? Or should they get bling blinged?

Fugly and functional V2 is compete with a turnout/back. I also redid the driver side mid pipe and cut out the V band to convert to slip fit which was a PITA. Haven’t cutout the passenger side V band yet but honestly not sure I will for a long time, I’m beyond sick of exhaust work in this thing. I am amazed how tough this double muffler combo sounds under WOT. Not loud by any means but you can tell it’s a tough V8 when you hit 60% throttle and nearly silent at idle.

Some of the welds look like doodoobutter deluxe because I don’t have a tungsten sharpener at home but I did my best with burnt tips.

Took a several hour trip in this thing a week ago, used the hitch as a battering ram to move giant oaks logs, and now have it loaded up to take ye ole golf cart to a firework show tomorrow.

Been working on the tune a little more and it’s getting better and better. Not that it was awful but still had some flare up during rolling idles which was annoying. One bad thing is I think my G80 is quitting on me finally. It worked fine in the dirt a few weeks back but it’s been raining for a few days straight and 4/5 times I dump the clutch it doesn’t want to lock. Found trutrac a appear to have dropped $200-300 in price so I’m considering that. Or, do I hummer H2 rear locker swap it? It would mean I’d have to buy a spare hummer axle, gut it, drill a hole in my current axle housing to run the wires through, and put the 3.42s onto the Elocker. Would be a lot of work but cheaper than the truetrac and e lockers are neat.
