18 inch wheel on 07 suburban ltz

I'm thinking of trading my 20" LTZ wheels for some 18" z71 /LTZ wheels. Anyone else do this? I just like the look of the 18 better. Also will they fit? And I guess I will need tpms sensors since the guy I'm trading doesn't have any.

Thanks gentlemen. I actually will be trading with a guy who has sensors today. Any other concerns I should have? Speedo change or anything?

Speedo shouldn't be off by much, but as a similar thread went, it may be off by a whopping 3% (which is literally nothing). You should be fine.
