07-08 VS 09-11 Exhaust Difference?

Shopping exhaust for my '09 Burb. Anyone first-hand know the difference between the model years. Most manufacturers are listing 07-08, and 09-11 as two different systems. I've seen some deep discounts on 07-08's and if they can be modded to fit(Hanger relocation) , I'll jump on one of them.

my 09 has a flexible link between the muffler and the cat. I don't think the 07-08's do. IMO you don't need a cat back just do a muffler and resonator delete.

I just did it and the only thing I didn't do which would of been changed (If I did a cat back) was the 3" pipe from the muffler to my tips.

total cost with magnaflow muffler 300.00 bucks

Right...I had found some all Stainless SLP 07-08 cat-backs for less than $300.
