I just won an auction for the Power Stop KC2070-36 brake package for a killer price. Its a complete brake kit including front and rear caliper, rotors, ands pads. I don't have them in hand yet to do a comparison and my 07 Yukon Denali is new to me. For some reason after poking through the Power Stop application list they list what looks like all full size 08-14 GM trucks and SUVs, but for some reason they do not list any of the 2007 SUVs, but they do include the 07 Silverado and Sierra are on the list. Does anyone know of any differences between 07 and 08 Yukon/Tahoe, and why Power Stop would not include the 07 in their list?

Looking at Autozone website for standard rotors and calipers it looks like 07 and 08 use the same parts. So I'm not sure why Power Stop would not include the 07. Additionally, when installing a full kit like this even if there were slight difference if you replace/use the right components you can still make them work easily in most cases. I have done several brake upgrades by swapping to a newer model year that used a larger rotor and different brake caliper or caliper bracket (or something like that, you get the idea) but everything else bolts up the same.

I'm curious about this as well. I've been planning the NNBS upgrade, and when I look for parts, there are 2 casting numbers for the caliper brackets for 07....

I just saw in another brake thread that apparently there are two different casting numbers on the brake caliper brackets on 2007 models. Additionally its believed that those numbers actually correlate to the NBS vs NNBS. Apparently there was some carryover of the NBS into the 2007 model year. That's not horribly surprising that with such a high volume platform that they would do a carryover year as production of one vehicle stops and the another ones production ramps up. I know Ford(probably a dirty word around here) has done this with the F150, but the general give it a special name like "Heritage Edition".

So, since my Denali is a NNBS I should be good. Additionally, since the NBS can do a bolt on upgrade to the NNBS brakes I should be good either way. Unless some 2007's had something really crazy going on.
