Factory Service Manuals - Anyone have them?

I have the 5 book Helm set for my 2002. They are worth it to me, especially for my duramax where diagnostics is just as expensive as parts. I have kept an eye out for the Denali on Ebay due to the fact that they are $500 new from helm. They factory service manual covers ever model and trim and engine package that was offered factory, which is why they are so big, and expensive. I wish that it was offered via PDF, would save space in the shop, time searching for diagnostic procedure, and probably money and printing fees for them.
Helm says the are slowing building up electronic version, only down to MY2015 at this point though.
There are lots of places selling pdf versions of 'service manuals' for $25 or so, but I've yet to find someone who said "I bought from this seller (that is still around) and the manual was of good quality". If someone will speak up on a past experience, I'll happily pick one up as a companion to my books.

That site makes my skin crawl... description is very lacking... there us reference to some special software w/ a "1 year license" in fine print at the bottom, no mention of pdf files... and "we only accept paypal" (I read that as "we don't want to be subject to a credit card charge-back when you find out we tricked you")...
