Haven't seen a single pic or description w/ an adjustment bolt/screw included. Do we reuse our original/factory w/ new piece?

installed new keys on to bars exactly same as old came off. Driver side cranked ALL way in, and fender at 30.75 inch. Pass side same height with bolt 3/4 way out. Originally were staggered.. question.is: could re indexing driver side solve this? Could one position or cog equal one bolt length? Meaning, would adj bolts be similar length then? Seems unlikely when comparing them side by side . Wouldn't driver side be too 'loaded' or stiff because ride not bad as is?

Any info would be great. Already skipped one alignment appointment. Don't want to leave this too long. Several sources around here, just don't know.

You use your factory bolts. It doesn't matter how bolted in or out they are. You just want to get your truck to sit even on both sides and you want your ride to be comfortable. IF you go too low, your ride will become bouncy. get it to the ride you like with height you like and then get it aligned.

I would try to re index the drivers side key. It may or may not solve the problem. But by the way it sounds to me, it sounds like the drivers side got indexed wrong.

I'm pretty sure that re-indexing the key will be out of the question. It will be too much of a shift. Just follow what Nathan said.

It's common on the drop keys to have one side all the way and the other side not that's how mine is. Same happened on a 05 avalanche I lowered

But the problem is he's out of adjustment, and still needs it to go farther. I'm assuming that would work, but I don't know without seeing it. If he's doing his own work, it can't hurt to try. Either way, good luck!

On the avalanche I just ended up using one of the lowering keys and one stock key. Put the stock key back on the one that was in all the way and still got a good 3.5" drop

Then "that side" goes no further and the "other side" gets moved up/down to make it level with "that side"

Thanks for all so far. I've got both sides at 30.75". Max height w/ this set up. Issue is; possibly too low. Might not ever get rear down that far. Picked up some Z71 bump/jounce stops today. Pretty sure that I've read some complaint about them increasing height, but also read that they've improved ride quality. Anyone confirm/deny? A little of both would be nice. At least then, could adjust either direction.

Z71 bump/jounce stops did give me 1/2". Modified my springs to sit closer to level until Tonys' next batch is ready. At least able to align tomorrow. BTW; how long for those? Couple pics:
