As I think the original Bulbs used for the Daylight Running lamps (DRL's) are fairly dim, I would like to change to a much brighter LED type Bulb.

Could anyone provide the following for the DRL LED's as well as for the REVERSE/BACK-UP bulb:

- PART NUMBER.
- MANUFACTURER.
- WHERE TO PURCHASE (eBay, website address, etc.).
- WHAT IS THE COST.

Is there a Headlight as well as Highbeam Bulb available that has the same blue tint to it and will look very much the same/similar as the LED's will look?

I would like to possibly change these as well, but not interested in changing the light housing or doing any other mods other then changing the Bulb.

If yes, I would appreciate the same info here as requested above as well.

Many thanks in advance.

I went with 3156-x18-T: 18HP-LED 16mm Wedge Base 3156 Tower Bulb for my DRLs and
3157-x18-T: 18HP-LED 16mm Wedge Base 3157 Tower Bulb for reverse lights.

On the site it clearly states not to use the 3157 for the DRLs so that's why I went with the 3156. It's $18 per bulb, but well worth it in my opinion. I went with cool white all the way around my truck, inside and out and it looks great at night.

As far as LEDs for headlights...I don't know how practical that may be. Not really even sure if it can be done. Maybe someone will chime in with some info for it though.

Just ordered my DRL as well as Back Up LED's from "superbright". Bought EXACTLY what was suggested by Jason (MrBall).

Wanted to purchase these http://www.v-leds.com/6K-WHITE-92-DR...-p7472044.html as recommended by Jason (JZ BLK 06'), but when I wanted to pull the trigger this morning, v-leds was SOLD OUT and these were not available for the moment.

Could you upload some pictures?
Very interested in doing this myself

Little difficult as I do not have anyone around holding the brake while the truck is in drive.

I will try but this may take a while.

In the meantime, I am attaching a pic that Jason (JZ BLK 06) had sent me of his Denali prior to me purchasing. However, he is using a different LED as mentioned in the thread above.
