Hello, I have a 95 4dr Tahoe, and added subs, front door speakers and did the speakers in way back, I blew the one on the pass side front door so I am gonna replace both the front's since they come in pairs the one I blew was Rockford Fosgate Punch forget what model number had them for a year and a half the Kicker speakers I have in the way back are fine still so was maybe thinking about seeing what they have for the front doors, does anyone have and recommend? and for the front doors they have to be shallow mount I think too right? thanks for the help

Haha I am wondering the same thing. I had an old POS set of Walmart looking Dual speakers upfront and both are blown. I have Pioneer's in back doors but want to upgrade the front to something decent but not over 75.00

My front passenger speaker is blown too, so I am probably going to buy a pair of Polk Audio dxi 6500 speakers. I don't have any experience with this particular set but have always had great experiences with Polk Audio in the past

I have always liked pioneer speakers. been running them for awhile in my cars...components are nice but if you cant fit that then the regular speakers are always good. we have installed quite a few without and problems and they can be bought very inexpensive.

when I replaced the old ones when I first got it mine had Dual speakers too they pretty much blew apart, this site has pretty good prices too this is where I have bought things in the past there are a bunch of speakers in that price range http://www.sonicelectronix.com/land...iate=googadw&gclid=CN2jme7X2q0CFUOo4Aodvh-pmA

if not using and amp polk dxi650 will do nicely. they fit the door holes and handle 60w continuously so it will handle a head unit with room for an amp later on. aBOUT $50-100 PER SET.

Is there a big difference between those and Polk Audio db651?
