My buddy got to borrow this Escalade this past weekend. I got to drive it for about 100 miles Saturday. I must say the 6.2 is great.

- Wrapped in flat black, murdered out
- Capital Forged 26" one off rims (can't get them)
- Air Ride Technologies suspension
- Custom HID head lights
- Center dash and console was all custom
- Custom Magnaflow exhaust (6.2 liter sounded great)
- Not sure what the sound system was, but it was awesome. The space between the two middle captains chairs was turned into a center console where the subs were located
- HornBlasters train horns in the front grill (had a lot of fun with that)

I'm sure it had a lot of other stuff that I don't know about but man was it fun to drive. Sure turned a lot of heads. The air bag suspension was great. Press one button when you park and it slams it on the ground. Press another and it raises it up to driving height. And then you can manually control each strut if need be.

Sorry I didn't take more pictures. It was dark out and the Escalade bended in with the night. lol.

I got the bite, I want a 2009 6.2 Tahoe now.

I still have the iPhone 3G so no way to take videos. Waiting for the new iPhone to come out in the next few months.

I really liked the way the exhaust sounded. Wasn't too loud, didn't drone on the freeway, but at the same time you could tell it wasn't stock. Liked it a lot.

Sick.. Prob in a few years I will be buying a Escalade.

Isn't the 2014 model getting a facelift? I'd be interested in one of those. :)

Badass ride! I don't like flat black, but that thing looks sick. Is it bagged or jut that low?

I think he said it has Air ride Tech bags. This is the reason I want bags.. Just to affraid of something not working when I am on the road.

Whoops. Just read the part about air ride. Gotcha. Takes big balls to bag a $70,000 truck!

I know I'm in love with the 6.2L sound... best part about it is it IS stock :Handshake:

If you have it done by a good shop you have nothing to worry about. I drive mine everywhere. I have taken 700 mile round trips without any problems.

I'm thinking about cutting mine up to lay it on the ground. There is a lot of work to do this right, not to mention $MONEY$ :doh2:
