2008 Tahoe 5.3 seems to have a vibration pattern more commonly when in gear. The Check engine light comes and goes and the only code visible is P1153. While troubleshooting this code Ive replaced a cracked vacuum elbow on the passenger valve cover and replaced the upstream bank 2 sensor 1 o2 sensor. I have scan tool that Ive been using to monitor the 02 sensor data but cant seem to find anything wrong. What all sensors/data should I obtain to help find the issue?

more info may be helpful
what is the mileage
and what if any other work has been done or parts replaced, even if seemingly unrelated.

Can you take a screenshot of the O2 sensor output? (0-1V)

With your P1153 code you need a good scan tool that can watch your O2 sensors. You will be able to lay bank 1 and bank 2 O2 sensors side by side and watch the read outs. If they are not reading the same you have a problem to chase. Your computer is seeing a bad reading but the code only tells you to look at the upstream O2 sensor.
The sensor reading should constantly bounce between .150v and .800v and the graph should show the high and low marks are close together, if you see the high and lows are wide apart that is a bad sign. Bank 1 and Bank 2 sensors should read almost identical.

If a vacuum leak is suspect a smoke test is the fastest way to find that issue.

I think you may have two separate issues: possible lazy O2 sensor, and the vibration that might be transmission-related or AFM-related (if the engine has that). When the vibration occurs, does it stop when shifting out of gear, into neutral? Others with more AFM and tranny experience will likely comment.

I turned your photos to the correct orientation here; they're easier to read that way. We'd need to see the corresponding long-term trims to gauge the full fuel trim metric. And the prior recommendations to show the O2 sensor voltages would certainly help.

With what brand O2 sensor was the B2S1 sensor replaced?

When graphing, are you able to force both scales to be the same? It's great to have the time references but hard to compare with the different % scales.

Im having issues with my nucar reporting an ecu connection issue while driving. I have a ELM 327 bluetooth adapter laying around. I tried the car scanner pro app but I can only run 2 sensors at a time..
