I looked at the video you posted and he sure made it look easy. That sucks it didn’t work. I wonder how many others had the same issue as you did. I sure hope they don’t give you any crap about returning it.

It should have worked but the allowable tolerance is off or the housing has some kind of wear that makes it stick, probably would have to replace the housing and the cylinder at the same time maybe. The old cylinder was only a tiny bit sticky with my original key which is worn the new key and little bit of grease seems to be working fineI looked at the video you posted and he sure made it look easy. That clamp can come off and be re-used! Just stretch out the clamp tab a little with a mini screwdriver and it will pop apart with some massaging.
I used a mini end cutting pliers like this one to tighten it back up.

Is the bushing stiffener noticeable?
New flange on I like this better

Factory clamp was cut out and this replaced it so the y pipe can still removed if neededLooks good. Hope that flexpipe stays sealed for years and years.
Did they just weld the factory Walker clamp to the exhaust pipe, to the right of the v-band? That's kind of ingenious.
funny i just ordered one for the wifes 16 last night, thing looks horrible at night straight potato cam, day time is not much betterMy aftermarket backup camera took a dump.
dealer refunded me for the ignition cylinder.....might have only done it because I visit often though lolWell this was a fail almost a really bad fail, coded the new cylinder did it right, lubed it, went out and put the cylinder in and nada/locked up, couldn't turn the key, so I was like motherf-ker, jiggled and jiggled and jiggled and finally it turned and then I thought ok maybe it was just virgin and sticky, turned it back and ****** it stuck again, finally managed to get it to turn again pulled it out and went back and doubled checked I had it right (I did), so I figured wth I'll just use the extra new pins and insert those in the old cylinder so it's at least something new, and guess what? Yep stuck again.....so old cylinder and pins back in, works fine. New key works so hopefully I can return this thing and get my $80 back, maybe the receiver part is worn as well and it just needs a little file work but f- it im good

Hey Wes, What did you choose for the blackish Chrome tips? Been on again and off again with wanting to do that to mine. Don't chrome since my truck is basically black or white and completely void of chrome. And too lazy to keep these chrome Tips clean so black chromish ones going on instead

it was just some that the muffler shop had on display in there office, no particular brand that i am aware of, I put the same one's on the wife's truck a while ago and they still look nice so I figured I would change mine while I was there. Next time I am over that way I will ask them if they are any particular brand.Hey Wes, What did you choose for the blackish Chrome tips? Been on again and off again with wanting to do that to mine. Just a heads up, it will be "stupid nasty mud truck" loud, unless you have a really big muffler. That's pretty funny.
On an exhaust related note, I am seriously considering having the cats removed on mine since I don't have to smog it, ever.
apparently they made me a whistle, have to see if maybe it needs a wire wheel inside the weld or something, maybe a shard is sticking up,
shows up at about 4500rpm+ under a load, doesn't appear to be speed related/wind
find out tomorrow
Not even, more of a whistle type soundTurbo sound effect?
