This morning I noticed my rear wiper motor was clicking. Car was off and the knob wasn't turned. My rear wiper hasn't worked since I got the truck. Anyway, I pressed in on the plug coming out of the body and the clicking stopped. I removed the rubber gromet and inspected the wires and I could not find anything unusual or damaged. I'm just wondering if it could be the plug it's self?

Could be there or where the wiring goes into the top of the body. That area is known for chaffed wires.

That's exactly where I checked and seen nothing. It has to be there though because it stopped when I pushed that plug in.

You’re on the right track. You can always check to see if you are getting power to the plug.

Well guys I think I found the problem. Is there anywhere to get a new plug? And what could be the potential reason this happened?

that usually happens when the motor is shorted out or shorting-out
I would replace the connector (just re-pin a new one) and replace the motor and you should be good to go.
there are a couple places online that sell a new connector, you will just have to search and match it up or if the dealer sells one just re-pin it I wouldn't cut the wires if possible.

Based on what I see for online availability, it might be a Upull part if you need it right away. I can't tell which wire has the melted area, but if that's the ground something is pulling some heavy amperage as @Doubeleive noted.

Rock Auto seems to be out of the Standard brand pigtails, but here it is with the number:

The black wire was the one melted
that's the ground which means the motor is probably pulling too many amps due to inefficiency, motor is probably toasted inside but "may" still work just has more resistance than what it should have so the ground becomes the weak spot, gets hot and starts to melt. normally this would make the fuse blow but the ground is absorbing the amps instead, happens a lot with "electric motors"
at least that's my theory, probably some other scientific explanation but i'm part idiot so...... just my .02 cents based on previous experience
it's probably been like that for a good while which explains why the wiper just clicked and didn't work
