No. AFM is disabled, so it's not needed.

Also, I poked a hole in it while removing it with a hook. I've figured out a decent system, and can have the sensor out/back in pretty quick.. 5 mins or less.

I had read that engines without DoD/AFM didn't have screens.
Ok good deal. :)

That screen isn’t really needed regardless. In fact, that screen prevents the sensor from reading the true psi of the oil pressure. Friggin stupid design

Stared at the factory idiot gauge and the digital readout on my head unit during warm up this morning.

Not even sure why they put numbers on it if it's so far off.

And I think it stays at the 210 Mark between 180 and actually about 200-210 but I'll have to check that when the temps are a bit warmer since it wouldn't go over 180 this morning.

I don't understand why they use idiot gauges, or don't allow for real-time readings in the info display screen.

I suppose the idiot gauges are to prevent people from freaking out, but it's certainly not helpful for monitoring actual engine conditions.

I watch my Scangauge and have noticed the same.

As somebody here said not long ago, perhaps it's to keep the soccer moms from freaking out too much.

It's intentional so folks don't freak out and fill up the service bays.

Pulled the sunroof glass to replace seal. Old Seal had some tears. Permanent glass seal looked good, thankfully.
All in all, about 40 min to do the job. Using a silicon spray is a BIG help when putting on new seal. Stealership wanted about $300 in labor to do this.

Dirt was in the permanent seal wrapped around glass. Lots of dirt.
