I believe the cat eye HD hoods look like the one in the pic that @Tonyrodz posted, the red truck with the white hood. It’s got the wrong curve. I could be wrong though.

I found a bunch of YT videos. Cutting it isn’t hard, welding and filling the underside where the inside layer gets cut might be.

Roll a welding rod on the concrete to break all the flux off, bend to shape and weld that along the seam. It'll give it a rounded edge that matches the original, non-modded part.

Finished my Front wheel bearing with rust protection, changed spark plugs, air filter, assembled my steering wheel and motor compartment and tomorrow I can finally make my wheel alignment...

Than the truck is, after 14 days of truck withdrawal, on the road again...

Awesome!!Official member of the Quarter-Million Club! Here's looking forward to you shooting for 300K!!!

I got a little bit to catch up, but not far behind. I was around 210k last time I looked.
I probably crossed 300k this year. Bought the truck 5+ years ago with 225k, fresh timing job and some other minor issues. Thousands of dollars later in mods and maintenance I was like at 284k back in late last year. Was daily driving her for work but will see less miles daily now since i took a diff role at work.

You guys go on ahead.... I'll be back here not making any effort to catch up. ;)
