Finally saw one in the flesh last night. I was heading up the interstate and this guy blew my doors off. There was no mistake what was coming in the rear view mirror. The way these things light up at night they certainly stand out from the pack. He just happened to get off at my exit and stuck at the light. He was gone just as fast when the light turned green.

GM / Chevrolet built a Corvette with a 10 cylinder engine in the '80's. A friend who built racing Corvettes ( Dick Guldstrand " Mr Corvette"), showed me the car. It was owned by a car collector and drove it to his shop ( Burbank, Calif).

Pawpaw went to Austraila for lunch. Right-hand steering, reversed SS badges and bow tie front plate. Reversed street signs and building addresses, too. Them Aussies are loons, I tell ya!

Had a '72 as a work truck in the rust belt (Land O' Lincoln) years ago. The front inner fenders rotted out and those support -- or don't -- the hood hinges. 300 cid straight 6. Of course they repaired it so I could drive it another zillion years.

On my way back home stopped at the VFW in Burlington, Co. and this real unit was set up out front. While driving there saw this flatbed hauling these rocks. Freakin' huge. Anyone know what these rocks are?
