At some point business’s need to accept the growth and invest in expanding... and staff.

and sadly in California that is stupidly expensive.

Or the business needs to reel it in and get back to basics
Usually they get money hungry and push out as much business as possible with the least overhead, and taking time to talk to customers doesn’t pay but shipping out product does so guess what they spend their time doing? Well, that and overseeing the construction of their new mansion with indoor pool, gun range, tennis court, helipad and 16- car garage.

I’m not knocking the guy at all. He’s well respected here and for good reason. His prices are very good but I’ll take communication with customers over price any day.

Oh I’m well aware, I am a past customer of his. He was always there to answer questions and he replaced my DJM rear end links under warranty. If you go back in this thread I was the one defending him but it seems he no longer is available for help so I quit doing that. I see he also has branched out into diesel performance, Norcal Diesel Performance has popped up in my searches lately. So my thoughts are that he is just making money now at the cost of taking care of people so my opinion is changing and what I’m hearing isn’t good.

I'm just now seeing these posts and I'm not surprised others have had issues with this guy. I've had all the same issues and it drove me away also. I bought the majority of my kit for my Tahoe from him and it was like pulling teeth for answers. I went back to him to buy my kit for my Colorado and it was like ten times worse. Then after purchasing my Colorado kit from another dealer I sent him one last message just to tell him how unsatisfied I was and he was very unprofessional in his response. I will never do business with him again nor will I recommend him to anybody I know.

If you do the math he's really only saving you a lil bit of money but he's wasting a ton of your time waiting on responses. And when you get a response it's less than half assed. And let's not use covid as an excuse to defend his terrible customer service!

Adding to this as I’m working with Tony now. I worked with Tony 3 years ago for my 2011 Tahoe. I just picked up a 2018 and I text Tony about a 2/4 kit. He answered quickly but when I had more questions via text and email, no answers. I text and emailed him again about when I should be receiving the kit. He text me “ shipping tomorrow “. Perfect, so I call and set up a shop time. Then last night, he emailed me, “ spindles are 8-12 days out” . Wtf?!? Which one is it? I’m thinking of just canceling the order because if it’s an issue getting simple questions answered now, what’s it going to be like later.

Excuse my ignorance here but what's the difference between Tony's 2/4 kit and the Belltech 1019 2/4 kit?

When I swapped the MaxTrac stuff out for Belltech I was working with Tony as well. He actually did a pretty good job of giving me short/summarized answers to any questions that I had. I wanted to purchase from the "little guy" but ended up just going with the 1019 straight from Belltech because Tony told me the free travel mod is required with his kit and I didn't want to cut up my truck.

The 1019 kit rides great BTW. I've got a few trips from DC to NJ (Hillside, Union area) on the kit plus around town driving and have had absolutely no issues on the highway or crappy ass NJ & DC city streets.

I think ( not 100% ) the rear springs are different.

I was going to go with the Belltech 1019 as well but decided to go with Tony. I feel like I should have just gone with Belltech directly.

I really wish that I would have seen this thread a few days ago. Before spending any USD's with this guy. I'm currently working through some issues with dude. I will see how this pans out, before I make a statement.

The same for me but in my case it was a couple years ago. It seems he hasn’t been so available lately. How long ago did you buy yours?

I hate to bring this back from the dead but this guy should stop selling these kits. His communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been waiting over a month for the 4/6 drop. Paid him and got no response. Took two weeks of texting him daily to finally get a response only to say that they spindles were out of stock. I said refund my money. Took almost a week to get a refund then he tells me you will lose your place in line to get the kit since there are others on order!!! WHAT?? Ok then keep the money since he said that belltech was due to get an order of several hundred spindles in in sept 26th. I figured it’s only 10 days away of course I can wait. Well the 26th comes around and I send a follow up text asking if I will receive a tracking number from him or belltech. Took 3 days to get a response of did you get a refund? Huh why would I get a refund? Hours later says belltech still doesn’t have spindles in stock and he refunded my money. Well I still don’t have anything. I understand some things are out of people control but I’m not too sure how much I believe that comes out his mouth. His communication is horrible and lack luster on its best day. If belltech can’t supply the items then don’t allow people to order on your site and then have to wait days even weeks to get an answer. I’m putting in another PayPal dispute and looking elsewhere. This guy is a joke as far as I’m concerned.

Yeah it's pretty bad when an approved vendor of this forum has a 6 page long thread of more than 90% negative comments about him and his business. But he's still on here taking customers money without giving a heads up about items on back order. Ridiculous

I've had MAJOR issues with my 2017 yukon getting lowered. Ordered the 2/4 kit, and after a few days waiting for a tracking number I'm told the spindles are on back order. Waited weeks only to be sent the wrong ones. After a few messages back and forth with him that were no better than automatic replies, I ended up dealing with it directly with belltech. Numerous message and call attempts over a few months and still haven't gotten any help. For whatever reason, the drop spindles only lowered my 17 3/4 of an inch. Belltech sent me another set, and the new ones did the same thing. Still riding around like an idiot with the rear dropped 3 inches lol. So if anyone wants to buy a "used" set of drop spindles I have 2. I'm actually going to make a detailed post in another thread to see if anyone can help with any ideas.

Ordered a Belltech rear leveling kit for my 2016 Denali from Tony. Communication was fine until I sent money, then he ghosted me. 6 days later I asked when it might be shipping out, since no tracking info, and got no answer from Tony. 10 days later I asked for my money back, which he did refund.
Bought my kit on Amazon (Belltech 34324), exact same thing as Tony's, same springs part number and everything. on my doorstep 2 days later.

Thats all too bad. Ive bought several kits from him dating back to 2016, and some wheels in 2018, never an issue that I can remember. used to Txt and get responses fairly quickly. Obviously something has changed, and that sucks. Hopefully he gets his business straight and back to the basics.
