Late-90s Geo Prizm. The Geo was branded as a Chevrolet Prism at one point. They are all a re-badged Corolla. The slots in the front air dam tell me that particular one is a Geo.

Rear doors and windows welded shut and S-series tail lights molded in. That actually looks to be some really good body work!
