I really like the Grant wheel. Looks really good, nice job.
Thanks, much appretciated.
Thought about getting the wheel with the Red Center stripe, but really didn't wat a bright red stripe standing out like a sore thumb.
I know it's for high vis, but if they offered a more subtle color, I probably would have gotten it instead.
It's really comfortable too.

Where did you get the rear window seals?
I bought all of the seal through OEMPartsQuick.com

Looks great
Thanks!

Corsa intake? Is that the filter housing and tube?
Yes sir. Also sold as a Volant kit. uses a Volant Power Core filter.
Just bought and installed a Volant Pre Filter too, should help with the sand and larger debris, maybe even a bit of water.

The trim does look like CAMO...
Which I'm ok with, just not what I was going for.

I want to do the Zebrano Wood Trim in mine....
That's fancy looking, just wouldn't blend with the rest of my stuff at all. haha

You’ll love the Whipple. Kind of a PIA to install though.
Oh I know I will. Used to have a Cobalt SS/SC with that ended up with a Harrop 1.320L TVS blower, that started my love of superchargers.
First, I'll be getting a BTR Torque cam(V2) to get rid of the AFM/DOD garbage before it kills my engine. Then ill be putting a 3-row aluminum rad all on at the same time, also some ID1050's(maybe larger) so I can run e85 still.

Needless to say, I'll make a very fun all around daily/weekend thrasher/tow-pig when I'm done...top it all off with an Auburn Limited slip-E-locker.

I had a new/spare key cut, and mated it (successfully) to the vehicle. Surprised how much variance two keys can have, and still allow an ignition lock to turn.

Next up is calling the Dealer/Stealer, and inquiring about the cost of mating/programming a new key fob.

A coupe of months ago it cost me $120 for a mobile locksmith to cut and enable the key and program the 2 fobs I bought on Amazon

Naw not terrible. Patience. Getting to the rear lower block bolt is a PITA and best to get it through the wheel well opening. Everything is 15mm. Take steering coupler off. It’s a PITA with it there.

How long did it take you?

About 2 hours. Could’ve been faster if I had an m12 rachet and the coupler wasn’t seized. The original is a PITA with the huge heat shield pry that shit out the way.

Any issues with rusted fasteners?

I did both of my motor mounts in about an hour in the driveway.....but I have headers

Yeah but aren't you you 2WD @1BADI5 ? I think the 4WD is what makes it brutal from what I have read?

As I said both are the same except access to the rear bolts of the block side of the engine mount. When the car is jacked up you can see the wheel well opening to get access to them. Most of all the work I did was from above
