if it has a option for 12v hardwire then you can just tape into the footwell kickpanel down by your left foot area, or use a fuse adapter and tap into one in your photo.Going to install this tomorrow but wanted to know what I can tap into in the side fuse panel so I can hard wire it. Any suggestions?![]()

Recommends constant power. Because there are small fuses attached in the wiring I can’t tap into the mirror and tuck the fuses in the headliner.Do you want constant power or switched? Switched is easy, right at your rearview mirror.

What took so long to replace the strut on the left side? And the right side is done. I had the spring compressed, shock changed, decompressed, and back in place in 30 minutes. The left side took about 2.5 hours.

First was figuring out how to get it apart. Then I discovered, after the strut was assembled and under tension, that the 3 studs on top are not symmetrically placed. That caused about 45 minutes of trying to lever the bottom end into place and get the bolts started. What took so long to replace the strut on the left side?
Cool info!It’s actually called mbec

I was wondering if it was gaining experience on the first side. I ask because I am likely going to be doing this on the wife’s Yukon soon.First was figuring out how to get it apart.
