Not updating your build thread? Come on man. That's cool, though. Let us know how it goes. That first time starting it after major surgery is nerve wracking, I just went through it with my Silvy.

I'll get there! It takes too long to transfer the pics from my phone to my laptop then upload 'em, etc. I didn't have time to stop and do all of that- I had a deadline to meet.

BTW, it's only nerve-wracking if you think about it too much. I fill the fluids, prime the fuel system, plug in the coils and light the fuse. I took a first start video and it fired up almost as quickly as normal but without the ticking after startup.

Just one! It was intentional, though. The coil bracket bolt on the passenger side near the firewall. I'll be pulling the covers soon enough to replace the rockers (getting bushed trunnions) so I elected to leave that one out for now.

I hate that bolt too! :)

I contemplated leaving that one off too. But in the end I installed it, there’s a wire loom that clips on top of it.

What's this "wire loom" you speak of? :(

I knew you had a skeleton in your closet!!!!!!! :anitoof:

It’s the MAF harness on mine. It has those little clips that snap over the top of the stud.

This was actually last night, but I took it back out to announce to the neighbors that the lunatic on the street that mows after dark had wheels again:

Idle vid:

How did you get that much chop to the idle? Who did the tune? That’s what I’m trying to do with my Silverado but it seems like there’s no chop, I’m not happy with Justin. I still need to install the headers but still, I should be hearing way more chop.
