How much fabricating did you have to do to make it work? Or just plug and play?

Turns out i was not able to use my spacer ring on the front door speakers . For how massive these doors are gm didnt do us and favors with the speakers. I have roughly 1/4" on either side. One side being the door panel and the other being the window. Bastards

So this is what we have in there and im just going to gorilla glue this piece of 1/4 delrin to it and put the new hile wherever i decide it needs to be. In theory
