FIRST POST IN A WHILE AS I TRIED TO SELL MY TAHOE BUT NO BUYERS...SO KEEPING IT AND TIME TO FRESHEN UP THE SUSPENSION.

ITS A STOCK 08 PPV WITH 2016 20'S ON 275/55 TIRES.

LOOKING TO GET THE FULL KIT FROM NORCALSS. COUPLE OF QUESTIONS REGARDING REAR END. ARE BOTH LOWER AND UPPER REAR ADJUSTABLE CONTROL ARMS NECESSARY? IS AN ADJUSTABLE PANHARD BAR NEEDED?

REGARDING FRONT END, ARE ADJUSTABLE CAMBER PLATES NEEDED WITH THE SPINDLES INCLUDED IN KIT?

ANY OTHER TIPS WOULD BE APPRECIATED....MIGHT CONSIDER HELPER BAGS, BUT NEVER SAW HOW THEY MOUNT TO TRUCK.

You don't have to YELL.... we all hear just fine... lol

Your questions depend on how low you are going... which you didn't specify.

The adjustable trailing arms for the rear aren't absolutely necessary depending on how low you go and what size wheels you are running.

They basically just center your axle within the wheel well front to back... the lower you go the more the axle will get sucked forward.

The adjustable panhard bar is definitely a good idea BUT again depending on how low you go may not be entirely necessary.

The adjustable cam plates aren't necessary if all you are doing is spindles up front (2" drop) if you go lower then it's a good idea to use them just to give yourself more adjustment if necessary.

Helper bags are just an air bladder that goes inside the rear coil springs and they are fairly easy to install. I know I sound like a broken record but again depending on how low you go will depend on the size (height) of the helper bag.

Also you didn't mention it but the free travel mod may be necessary depending on how low you go.

Hope this helps. Give is more info on the kit your looking at and perhaps we can give better advice.

I have the Belltech 752SP kit from Tony, it sits about 1" lower up front and 1.5" lower out back than a stock PPV with the 265/60/17 tires. I'm not worried about the centering of my rear axle enough to buy the adjustable LCA's for the back, its not a goofy amount 'off'. Any lower and it would be more pronounced, IMO. If you are going with spindles, I assume you looking to smash some ants. In that case I wouldn't skimp out on upgrades, especially if it is going to effect the geometry. Any of his customers will vouch, @NORCAL SS will not lead you astray though, let him know what you want to achieve and he'll shoot you straight on what to put on the truck.

I INITIALLY WANTED THE 3/3-4 KIT, BUT NOW THINKING THAT MAY BE TOO MUCH...

With a 3/3-4 kit, you'll HAVE to do the free travel mod. The truck will be sitting on the bumpstops 100% of the time if you don't. That will mess with handling and ride quality. We have the 2/3-4 kit on our '10 Tahoe, and it's about as low as you can go without other mods. I did add a 1" spacer to the rear springs to get the back end up a bit and provide a bit of positive rake. The bump stops still have to be trimmed so they aren't resting on the lower control arms at rest.

Not to hijack the thread, but I purchased my ‘09 with the Belltech 2-3/4 kit already installed. With that said, the back end does sit just slightly lower than the front. Where did you purchase your 1” spacer from? Also, do you have a picture to show the positive rake you mentioned?

To the OP, I personally wouldn’t buy the 3/3-4 kit. Unless you do the free travel mod as stated, you’ll be sitting on the bumpstops and you’ll feel your vertebrae fracture after every bump you hit.
