Tstat, sender, ac.

Hello. I have a 2016 Tahoe that previously did the "no ac" trick with a high fan after shut down and no reading on the temp gauge. It only did this in cold-ish mornings, I replaced the sender and tstat, seemed fine. Now it's the middle of summer and doing the same thing, only the fan shuts off after running 1 min past when i turn off the ignition as opposed to 10 mins last time I had this problem. Both sender and tstat are 3 years old. Any ideas? Disconnecting battery made it OK for one trip.
