Got it inspected by the dealership today. As soon as I left, maybe 5 miles, the check engine light for the s2d2 o2 sensor came back on, lol. I went through my radio, cleared it as I've done 40,000 times and kept it moving down the highway. I'll get that bung fixed one day.

I have a pioneer 4200nex with the idatalink module that also hooks through the obd port so I can see all engine related stuff, clear check engine codes, etc

Damn! That sounds nice. I wouldn't mind having that. Can that setup also be used for the nbs?

Finally ponied up for good led plate lights, I've been burning through a bag of cheap Chinese ones I got from amazon and got fed up enough to buy some Sylvania ones. Unfortunately one of the screws that holds the covers on sheared the head off, anyone know where to find replacements?

Should be. I bought the GM5 harness for my trunk. It also does the steering wheel controls. Google idatalink maestro and see what harness you need and you will need the idatalink maestro box and a compatible radio that supports the function. I'll post a screen shit when I get back in the truck. At a school fair currently.

A good screen shit is worth 3 oil changes, lmao.

I have 2 gauge presets depending on my mood. But where it says check engine, if you have any dtc codes, it lights up red, press on it and it will give the code(s). Press clear and 5 seconds later, they are gone.

Mine's pretty much the same and I'll be out there in a few minutes. No lights on my snowblower, and the wind is still an issue. Not as much as last night, though, when I went out to check.

It isn't what I did to my Tahoe, but what some thieving bastards did to my Tahoe.
I woke up this morning to find my Tahoe on blocks, and the wheels and tires stolen. They were only the stocks 20s, but I guess that's what they wanted. They brought their own blocks, and kindly left the lug nuts. Nothing else was taken or damaged.
Time for some locking lug nuts and an exterior surveillance system.

I guess I get to now decide if I want to go with black wheels or stick with the chrome. The dealer wants $495.00 per wheel, so that's a big nope. I doubt the insurance will pay me close to what it would cost to replace new once they consider depreciation. Of course, I'll need to get whatever I can find as soon as possible, as I don't have the luxury of ordering and shipping times.
