I had some scratches from when I was removing the door moldings that I wet sanded out I also just went ahead and gave it a polish.


However, when I came back from school I saw this right under my front passenger seat

Looking really good. A little drop would look really good. Looks like she has a little attitude

Im not sure when I got home I noticed it. It looks like a wrinkles through the clear coat.

How does it feel to the touch? Did some chemicals get splashed there?

Looks like clear coat failing.

Clear coat usually chips off though, that almost looks like a film had been applied to the rockers to protect them from rock chips.

Sorry I haven't touched my Tahoe in a while but I recall it feeling thinner but I could feel the wrinkles

Looks like it was painted before and the clear coat is failing. Maybe that door was repainted.

It’s been awhile but I finally was able to get these exhaust tips welded on
