A little north of Atlanta.
Good country up there. Stop by and see The General in Kennesaw on your way back if time allows.
Made several subtle changes to the back of the yukon, can you find them?

That looks really cool... May have to just make time for that.
@Leo1103, what headlights are those and what are you upgrading to?As far as cleaning the permaseal off of the lens, all I did was grind down an old flathead, heat it up with a blowtorch and it cut right through all that garbage.

Update: Back in July I purchased Permatex 21351 Electrically Conductive Rear Window Defogger Tab Adhesive to repair one of the tabs that fell off during a cold snap during the winter. The instructions indicated that the maximum temperature that the repair could be made in was 73 degrees if I remember right. So it sat on my workbench until a couple of weeks ago when the evening temperature was in the 60s. Took about 5 minutes to do and I left it alone. A few days later I briefly turned on the defogger and everything seemed ok. Ran it again tonight for at least ten minutes and the repair has held, the little light never shut off. I reckon that if it did not work, the light would shut off, no frost was on the glass and temps were in the 50s.
Light will stay on regardless if the grid is working or not. Rear window defrost tabs falling off is one of the most irritating things that I have messed with on this ole **. I bought that same permatex kit and it worked for about 2 weeks and fell back off. That is the first time that I have ever seen electrically conductive paint! (It sucs) I finally just found a local auto glass company that came out and replaced the entire back glass for 200 bones. Rear defogger works great now LOL.
It's a set of these, I bought them knowing I would do a retrofit eventually. I'm throwing in some morimoto d2s 4.0 square projectors for low/hi and debating an led highbeam.@Leo1103, what headlights are those and what are you upgrading to?

I will definitely need info from you then. I just bought a set of these about a month or two ago. Not bad lights, but would love better light output. Do you have a thread on this or a build thread? It's a set of these, I bought them knowing I would do a retrofit eventually. Off the bat if you order from trs the harness they give you isnt long enough. Other than that the morimoto seam splitters were pretty helpful but not 100% neccessary. It's not a crazy difficult process as long as you have some fabrication background. I'll post up some pics of the brackets I modified (cut apart with a dremel) once i get everything together. Currently waiting on another order from trs because i forgot a few things the first go around.I will definitely need info from you then. I just bought a set of these about a month or two ago. I've seen the trs kit and it's base is $50, then by the time you add other stuff in, it's a lil over $200. I wasn't really sure as to what I should get without going overboard. I don't need fancy stuff, just better light output. Other shrouds and all that jazz I didn't need or wasn't sure if I needed. I'll look at it a bit more.Off the bat if you order from trs the harness they give you isnt long enough. Other than that the morimoto seam splitters were pretty helpful but not 100% neccessary. I went all out and got the full d2s 4.0 kit, I think I was around $350 after discounts and everything but I got a bunch of extra stuff that isnt really needed. I was eyeing the retroquick kit but decided if if was going to crack open the headlights I might as well go all out.I've seen the trs kit and it's base is $50, then by the time you add other stuff in, it's a lil over $200.
