I guess I just bypassed this part when I first logged in a week ago or so. So, this is my first Truck/SUV, being a classic car owner for the last few decades. I just decided it was time to get something a bit more practical than driving my current classic, 68 Coupe deVille, everyday. So, being a GM fan, I stated looking at Tahoes. Just like the size and the look and reputation. After doing more research, I decided on a NBS. Found a few that were Ok, but got this black 03 LT with 160k, rebuilt trans and a/c at 140k. Everything works, I just put new tires on it, replaced the fuel pump, and will eventually do some suspension work on it. I love the stock height and ride, and I like the fact that it’s fully loaded... utility and comfort! Needs a little “ this n that”, but I’m digging it! I’m a pro musician, and it’s a breeze to load with gear and get to the gig in comfort. Pics later...

These are awesome rides. A few problems here and there, but overall you can't beat them.
Here's my 03 Hoe. Just having a little fun.

Previous ownr removed running boards and all badges and logos, but kept the rest stock. I’m gonna keep it the way it is for awhile, just work on the necessities, bushings, ball joints, nivomat shocks out back and whatever is good up front. I’ve got the mint condish third row seats wrapped and stored in the garage for now. Don’t really need them, but nice to have ‘em!
Carpets are good, cleaned up nicely, mats are trashed, looking for black rubber mats. Gonna do the backup camera, primarily for my g/f.
Oh... and I need to find a cargo cover/shade in either grey or black.

That’s bout it. Thanks for having me!

That's a solid plan. Good luck finding a Tahoe cargo cover. They're so hard to find. If you do, make sure it's for a Tahoe and not for a Suburban--it won't fit. It's a tad bigger due to different mounting points. I did have a black one once, but sold it because I thought it was common. I've never seen another black one again.
