I don't know if I'm sold the EGR ones yet.

These are the pictures that EGR sent me. I have not ordered yet but will paint mine to color match the tahoe

Did you ever get yours ordered and installed? Would like to see the pics of them paint matched and your thoughts on them now. Anyone find any other ones that fit?

Something looks off about them now, but I do think they'll look great once they're color matched.

I'm an idiot and bought the EGR flares planning to put them on my Yukon XL. I even had them painted to color match. Then I went to put them on and realized how dumb I am, they're made for the Tahoe, which means that the rear flares are two pieces because the rear wheel well is split by the rear door. On my XL the rear wheel well is not split so it would've looked pretty dumb.

I'm incredibly lucky because my parents have a Yukon the same color as mine so they got free fender flares. Helped install them yesterday and they look great in my opinion.

The only hiccup during install was on the rearmost piece. The Tahoe has sheet metal that goes all the way down, while the Yukon (at least the Denali), has a black plastic trim piece that sits down lower than the sheet metal on the Tahoe does. I had to trim the bottom edge of the flare to get it to fit but that trimming was enough to make it fit flush and it looks fine.

I'll get some better pics out of the garage and post them up soon.

Anyone else seen any mention of more fender flare options for the Yukon?

I haven't seen anything, especially in the aftermarket sector. The stock ones of the past weren't really much of a "flare". You could barely tell there is anything there.

I'm sad the fender flares are gone from the new Z71s and I haven't been able to find any I like. Though I have been keeping an eye on the ones from EGR.

I am also looking for fender flares. I had a local shop call bushwacker this week and got the same story - don't make them and don't have plans to make them. I wonder how many we'd have to order to make it worth their while to tool up for it.

Probly about a half million dollars worth.

Here's the GM OE fender flare part#: 19417232

View/Purchase online (just a few I had saved)
https://www.chevroletonlineparts.com/oem-parts/gm-fender-flare-set-by-egr-19417232?c=az0x
or
https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/parts/...g-f-fdr-see-guide-c-black-insta-19417232.html
or
https://www.vividracing.com/egr-oem...set-chevrolet-tahoe-20152018-p-152879569.html

If you see a price around $400, then the fender flare is just plain black ABS plastic -> probably zero texture.
If you see a price around $800, then those fender flares have been prepared, primed and painted.
Comes with installation instructions, hardware and weather stripping.

I saw an interesting YouTube vid saying to apply protective clear vinyl to the vehicle body before putting the flares on; doing so will prevent scratches to the original paint and body. I'm going to, seems like a pretty simple extra few steps to help protect the paint job.

I currently have these EGR fender flares being primed and painted black to match my Tahoe at a local shop here in Maine. As per state law, we must have fender flares if wheels extend outward...so, hoping these do enough and don't look horrible.
I have to say, I am a little worried about the overall appearance and install, since I have the z71 front bumper fascia.

I have done a considerable amount of research and these are the best fender flare options I think exist for our 2015+ SUVs. If you check out SCA Performance Lifts, they have fabricated their own fender flares and look great IMO. However, I have spoken w/their sales and will NOT sell individual pieces. To get their flares you have to purchase their entire "upgrade" package. https://www.scaperformance.com/chevy-tahoe
There are several options that will pop up under some searches, but those are VERY universal fitting flares.
Will try to remember to post pictures up on this thread once I get mine installed.

Safe Travels!
