My 2004 Z71 Tahoe came black w/ black plastic(?) fender flares. I'm pushing 285K miles (still luvin' the truck) and those flares are a dull grey. I've found a company - Husky Liners that offers a nice looking line of replacement flares under their Bushwacker name. I'm looking to replace like for like. Their instructions seem straightforward and I'm hoping the replacements can use the existing chassis holes from the removed pieces.

They offer a 30 day return and seem to have product support. Has anyone replaced their existing flares with their product ? Did you use their product support ?

Any comments would be appreciated
Thks

There are several options for restoring the color to yours but if you don’t want to go that route
Bushwhacker has a good reputation for these types of parts. If their description says it’s a direct fit it probably is but go to their website and count the mounting holes and compare to yours. They may have a schematic showing how far apart

Thanks Mama!
Yes the installation is described as pretty straightforward - except ! There's a portion of the rear flare that fastens to the rear PAX door. They've tried to show the attachment method in their instruction sheet however it uses double sticky back tape. The flares over the tires F&R, use the same chassis holes and appear to be a slam dunk with new "tuflock" fasteners.

At this point, I've found a paint shop that will remove, paint and refasten the original flares - I'll probably go with that

Good luck. Post pics for all to see. Others may want to do it. Please include the cost.
