Per Chevy, 2 exhaust manifold bolts are broke and nees to be tapped and replaced to the tune of $470. Told thrn nope.

Who has the part #'s for the Dorman clamps? I found 917-107 which does left rear/ right front. Do they have one that does left front/right rear?

How the hell do you all get such good mileage.....I have mine tuned with BB and still only get maybe 16-17 highway. 18 if I'm babying it. City I average 14.

Will tuning out the afm really help that much? Or do I really need to replace some of the internals to really get it more efficient.

Must've been flat land. I got way better mileage in FL on vacation. Up here, no way.

Tuesday i filled the truck up and we (wife and 3 kids with a smaller cooler and few bags so not too much weight), jumped on NYS thruway north for 2.5 hrs to an amusement park, 6hrs there and then 2.5 hrs home with cruise set at 70-73 (troopers every few miles it seemed like) the whole trip there and back and best was 17.8....

It went to 17.8 right before we got off the thruway...

3.08 ratio. I just checked my AVG since my last oil change and it 16.5 MPG. Combination of in town and hwy. I tend to be impatient.
