Well, I went and visited the cabin today to see what damage has been done from all the winter snow/storms. Cabin held up well however I quickly remembered why the Suburban was lifted, Lol. Poor thing bottom out on many ruts and the skid plates took a beating from the roads being washed out, etc. Looks like I may have to go back to at least stock height in the future which is ok since the Burban looks great lifted or lowered.

Check and retorted supercharger.
Shopped around for a new flex plate and narrowed it down to the reactor flexplate or circle d aluminum flex plate to add to my tranny build

Circle D red, Reactor gold

This is the brake kit I just put on the Burban.... I am very pleased with them so far and the price is right IMO.

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/371867502500

$160 for all 4 corners with ceramic pads... She stops very well.

I've always wondered about those cheap kits on Ebay. Regardless of the vehicle, there are plenty of those available. Some seem to have good luck, some not so much.

The price is pretty attractive, though, as my wife's Tahoe could use rear brakes pretty soon. Just need to decide whether I should give one of these kits a try or spend almost the same amount on just one end of the truck with parts from the local stores or Rock Auto.

Well I suppose I will find out if they hold up long term but so far I am very pleased. The quality looks fantastic and they stop very well.... I figured I would give them a shot and see what happens. They came out of Canada and the company was quick to respond to all of my questions and shipping was fast and free. I bought these for less than I could buy stock replacements locally so I figured whats the worst that could happen.
