Did ya break out the sawzall to remove the side skirts?

No but I did remove one bracket and thought this can't be right so fired up the Google and sure enough you turn a middle bolt and they come right off.

Either way just waiting to pull the wheels off until I get the point of doing sensors. Hopefully can get the bracket designed and cut out today but I highly doubt I will have time to get it done and powdered today anyways so that will be a project for next weekend I suppose. Saturday I am going to try to remove the old air components then watch TV I guess :shrug:

LOL....I'm guessing those fender skirts are not easy to replace.

Once you get it how you want it I assume you'll get some carpet in the trunk?

The plan is to carpet the trunk and build sides so that it is all finished out and nice looking. My biggest thing right now is what color to finish it in.

Bracket is getting cut out hopefully in time to make it to powdercoat so I can have it for this weekend. :elephant:

I love your Land Yacht :head3: It would be good to see it with a 6.0 in there. I have an 76 El camino and have had it for years but just didnt know what to do with it, I like it but don't love it. but I think the kids and I will drag it up in the spring and drop a LS 6.0 in there and have some fun with that. I hope I can luck out on another LQ9:favorites37:
