Wire and blue colored plug hanging freely in jack stowage area?

I have the LT trim level and it appears a blue colored plug and wire are just hanging in the jack storage cubby. There is also a tray of some sort for holding something? Any ideas what this could be for? I assume it is for something in the LTZ trim...

just two wires and some kind of GM hard plastic plug. there's a whole fuse panel in there too, what is that fuse panel for?

wireless charger plug? I've read where the existing plugs / harness are there and it's an easy plug and play for folks that want to add the wireless console lid. new lid is pricey and probably isn't worth it but I remember seeing the mod done on here by someone.
