Very glad to know so many folks getting high miles on their Tahoes. Mine still has only 99K on it. It's nice to think it's got another 100K+. And though I don't know what it felt like new, I can't imagine it driving nicer...the motor is as smooth as silk. So it would appear, Chevy did it right with the Vortec 5.7.

Replaced the interior door handle, drivers side ($15.99 at auto zone) and finished wiring up the 4 Hi-mod. Installed the 55 watt HIDS in my highs, 35 watt in lows with a relay for the lows. Lots of deer moving this time of year so not a day too soon.

Thanks to everyone on this site for all the info. It has been very helpful :rockit:

Pulled the sway bar, I busted the head off one of the bolts that goes into the frame. Should be fun getting that out lol.

Also walked over the tuck and planned out my final round of mods ... made sure I had everything in my head right. :D

Took it in for an alignment, forgot that I didnt replace the ball joints. Got the tops done, now just need to do the bottom. Also stripped the chrome off the grill and painted it white.

Used the rear bumper as a shelf for supplies while I worked on a Ford Thunderbird SC (supercharged) that I'm selling. Anyone interested? 134K original miles with the 5-speed. Excellent condition all around, minus the clear coat and paint on the flat areas. Very straight, great handling and fast. Asking $2,900.

Stared at it and decided it needs some two inch blocks and skid plates back on it.

Let my 2 year old boy drive it down the driveway to get the mail with me. He loves the Hoe almost as much as I do I think. Lol.

Oh man if you only lived closer. I had a 93.. and i can attest to the fact these will truly do an ungoverened 150mph+

Mine was plauged with some issues (always misfiring, ran super rich, and HG was starting to give out).. but in hindsight wish I had kept it and fixed it. It was one of the cleanest SCs Id ever seen in person

Might wanna check out tccoa.com or sccoa.com to help sell it thihgg.
