I actually washed FrankenBetty and put some tire shine on her and took her to Roosterz Rod Shop for a shop party on Saturday. The kid took his C10 with the LS swap. His truck got a lot of interest. He also laid down about a 500' burnout when he left. It was a great little Saturday. I drove Betty today because my daily needed gas in it and I was running late. Arrived at work with a slight head due to the testing of the speakers and amp on my way in LOL

Its was a slow day at work, so decided I would finally try and figure out why my under hood light would not work with a new bulb in it. There was 12v power at the connector. I removed the assembly, and it was a corroded mess. Took it all apart, sandblasted and scotch brited it. Bathed it in ACF-50 corrosion inhibiter, and put it all back together. What do you know, it lit up!14727732-4F0B-4F5B-AE6B-045870F778A0.jpeg17143322-319A-4EBA-A3E1-D6C61C8547AF.jpegB8B7741A-AA7C-4B1D-AA17-A0CCCC753229.jpeg

Do you have the light that's on the reel? It's under the hood--sometimes. Comes in handy.
