Got it all waxed. I used the turtle wax black box kit! Came out great for a $50 paint job.

Well I got a hand to lift it in place so here is the roof basket in place. http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd482/Sunlitcomet/IMAG0566.jpg
It has about 2-3 inches I think between the sides of rack and vehicle side rails. Will get more pics later.

Washed her up today but it sucks that it rained

saw the sub forum too. dont know oooo eee what up wit dat, what up wit dat.
also the basket hold about 140lbs and with the exception of the top rail, all other roding is 1/2" thick. it wont see that much weight on the roof tho. maybe 100-120 max.
I know it sucks that it rained, and MYHOE was on beam in the parking lot at work until that thunder storm blew threw.

I meant the hitch basket.
Mine had a saggy butt, yours stick out another 10" or so. Looks like you have an extender? To open the back doors?

And i was thinking about buffing it out also this happend to me all summer every time i washed her up it rained the next day and wen i went a couple days without a wash it was all nice outside
