I'm from Louisiana but im in Connecticut for now so I ended up getting a Tahoe up here that had some rust on the frame it kills me but it is impossible to find one around here that doesn't have any rust

Oh, and soldered my rear glass defrost thingy yesterday.

It was yesterday but took mine to the car wash. Noticed some scuffs for lack of a better word on the wrap on my hood. I got caught in a hail storm last week and I think it damaged it. Got an appointment next Thursday to get it fixed though.

Advanced auto sells a rear defrost repair kit where you glue it back that's what I did. Cost like 14

I added a small amount of solder to the connector, warmed the glass carefully, then got the solder on the glass and connector soft enough to stick the connector to the glass. It fell off the first attempt so I repeated the process a little quicker. It's stuck on pretty good and the defrost works, but I'd honestly be surprised if it lasted the season.

Dipped my LTZ 20s matte dark grey then hit them with glossifier. Wish they were just a hair darker to match the wrap a little better. Probably put them on this week or next.

I spit on mine and called it a filthy *****. Then I felt bad so i wired my DRL's and lower turn signals next to my fogs to come on with my headlights. They also still come on during the day when ever my DRL's feel its sunny out. I also changed everything to LED. Now it looks like a clean *****.
