I don't know of anyone that makes a stainless Y-pipe, at least not mass-produced. Dorman makes theirs out of aluminum:

Now, THIS part is plastic, but you'd remove it to slip the hose over your Grüven T fitting:

I replaced that hose, as well as the other 5/8" hose with (I think) Gates.

New radiator is in. Took about 3 hours total, plus had to do zero fan shroud trimming. took quite awhile to remove and reuse the return line restriction. It’s about a 1/8” opening.

The tanks are also HUGE. The system still took 4 gallons of coolant to fill, even though the engine was not drained.

for the restriction, I cut the original piece from the old radiator. It’s inline in the overflow at the reservoir end.
