But that's the plastic one with hoses. Im looking for a stainless steel y pipe

I don't know of anyone that makes a stainless Y-pipe, at least not mass-produced. Dorman makes theirs out of aluminum:

Product Description

Original equipment HVAC heater hose assemblies often fail due to cracks in the plastic Y-connector. This Dorman OE FIX replacement features an upgraded aluminum Y-connector to prevent similar failures in the future.
  • Upgraded material - this replacement engine heater hose assembly features aluminum Y-connectors for added durability
  • Application specific - designed to match the original fit and function of heater hoses on certain vehicle years, makes and models
  • Complete replacement - hoses come with necessary clamps for easy installation
  • Quality engineering - designed in the United States and backed by decades of automotive aftermarket experience

It's definitely aloominnyum:

Now, THIS part is plastic, but you'd remove it to slip the hose over your Grüven T fitting:

I replaced that hose, as well as the other 5/8" hose with (I think) Gates.
