What led headlights did you get? And how do they light up the roads when its really dark out? (Distance and spread)

Im really thinking i may sell the retro headlights i have, just not a fan of projectors. Oh well dont know till ya try haha
They are NINEO projector bulbs from Amazon, they cost about $60 but once you use them you'll see why they cost that much, they're Metal built and I've had them in every headlight I've ever used. Including the projector headlights I had before. I hated projector headlights too bythway, If you aim the factory ones just right and have bright enough bulbs...they have a way better spread. Just my $0.02.

Daydreaming about replacing the interior door handles on front driver and passenger side.

While I'm at it, might replace exterior driver side handle.

While I'm at it, will install a little Dynamat (or similar) on metal door panel.

While I'm at it, might.....

My same thoughts when I opened my doors to put on my folding mirrors. I did none of them, lol

Nothing special here, but needed to get the wife a windshield shade, especially with summer approaching.

Have one for the NBS too.
$30 on AutoAnything shipped when they have their 20% off sales.

Fits perfectly to the windshield along with the cut out for the mirror. Rolls up with a Velcro strap.

How does it stick up at the top? Mine has 2 suction cups in the 2 top corners but they do not suction at all lol. Need to get a good one to prevent the dreaded dash cracks.

I had 70% film installed on the entire windshield of the wife's Suburban with a 8" 5% strip at the top... It is a ceramic film from Huper optik and it blocks about 50% of the heat and 99% of the UVa and UVb rays.

For those who may not be familiar with window film 70% is clear... If you were to take a reading of the light transmission of your driver or passenger front door windows without any tint on it it would register at 70% so this film is 100% legal and will not impair your vision at night. It really makes a big difference in the temperature inside the truck and we live in Florida so that should tell you something. I also assume that with the reduction in heat and UV rays getting to the dash board it is cheap insurance on keeping the dash in good shape.

And he has an X5 you can't see. Single guy just renting down from Missouri. He loves that convertible though.

Already have 3 of the cracks, so that battle was lost. :(

But it is still beneficial.

Thx this info. Have seen someone else mention the clear film. Still going to look into it.

Wanted to do this as well, to both trucks, but have 2 small chips to deal with, even though, as you know we can get our windshields replaced for free in Florida if there is damage.

For the time being, at least it is something to block out the UV on the dash and leather and keep the interior a "bit" cooler since she has 15% on the rest of the windows and the NBS has 5% with a front strip.

Thx that info though. Good stuff. Need to find a dealer that does it by me.
